Tomorrow's the last day for Fire Emblem Awakening Free DLC

Remember you have until 23:59 on 22nd of May 2013 to download this DLC for free. If you don't it won't be free anymore.

You have to play a bit of the game before you're able to do it so take note if you're planning on doing this.

This is the European version of course.

GameStop in Cork seem to have Fire Emblem Awakening in stock

In any case they don't have the "Out of stock" sticker on the display boxes anymore.

I'm getting another free 3DS game with the "So Many Games!" promotion

So Nintendo of Europe has this new promo thing you can see here:

http://www.nintendo.co.uk/Misc-/Nintendo-3DS-So-Many-Games-Promotion/Overview/Overview-750393.html

I already got games free in previous promotions and now here's another one!

It looks like I'm applicable for this one too. I just need to think about which one of these games I'll choose to download for free.

Fire Emblem Awakening is out

This'll probably be the most successful Fire Emblem game judging by some reports I've been coming across. Of course it won't be because of DLC, it'll be because it's filling an appetite that hasn't been sated in a long time.

Fire Emblem Awakening's demo is pretty good

I had a good bit of fun with it. My favourite parts were when I could get assistance from someone on my team in a battle if they were standing next to me and the fact that I could select the attack range from more than one unit at once. Very nice couple of features.

Anything bad? Can't think of much except for the word "defence" being spelled with an 'S' on the character creation screen.

Just thought of a dumb April Fool's Joke re: Fire Emblem Awakening

The blog entry would be titled:

"Nintendo to offer characters feet as paid DLC in Fire Emblem Awakening"

Fire Emblem Awakening demo is out

Finally we in Europe can try the Fire Emblem Awakening demo so yay I guess. I didn't have a go yet because it took me hours to download it.

Watching Arino play Fire Emblem on Wii U VC

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GB9PNu98EZw

This was available on the Japanese Wii U online service but now someone awesome has subtitled and uploaded it here. Nice work!

It's been a small while since I watched Game Centre CX. We see Arino playing this game with the usual excitement of the tv show. It's a little weird how the staff appears to laugh at every little thing he says but that's probably just a consequence of the show's editing.

I played a little bit of the 3DS Ambassador GBA Fire Emblem and it seems that they've been consistent with the series which must be nice for fans.
