After all this time it's only now I decide to give this series a go. I tried all the entries and they're all pretty ok except for this one on the Master System which in my opinion excels them all. With all the adventuring and animal transformations it feels like it was a huge influence on Shantae — though whether it was or not I'm not sure.
It grabbed hold of my attention right from the beginning and after stumbling around and finding where I'm supposed to go there was this point where I was in the second dungeon climbing up the walls and blocking projectiles. It was at that moment that I fell completely in love with the game.
